Request Website Changes Using Webvizio

Webvizio is a visual collaboration tool that lets teams give direct feedback on live websites and web projects. With simple point-and-click annotations, you can assign tasks, add comments, and track project progress — all without endless email chains or confusing spreadsheets. This guide shows you how to edit and make tasks efficiently using Webvizio.

Webvizio allows TAF Solutions clients to review their website visually and interactively. Every comment or edit request you leave is pinned to the exact part of the webpage you're referring to — making communication with the TAF team seamless and clear.

It’s perfect for:

🛠 How to Leave Website Edit Requests

  1. Open the Webvizio Link shared by TAF Solutions

  2. Navigate to the page on your site you want to comment on

  3. Click anywhere on the screen to drop a comment pin

  4. A comment box will appear on the right — type your request clearly (e.g. “Please change this header to say ‘Welcome to Our New Location’”)

  5. Click Send

  6. Your TAF Solutions team will be instantly notified of the request

✏️ How to Edit or Reply to a Task

  • Click on a pin you’ve already created

  • In the sidebar, click Reply to continue the conversation

  • Add extra detail or ask for clarification

  • TAF Solutions team members will reply back and update the task status (e.g. In Progress, Resolved)


🧰 TAF Tips for Clear Feedback

  • Be as specific as possible with your comment (e.g. “Update the phone number in the footer to 832-555-1234”)

  • You can add multiple pins on one page

  • Use the @TAF tag to notify the whole team, or mention a specific contact if assigned

  • If you change your mind, click on the pin and select Delete or Edit


🚦 What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Once your request is submitted:

  1. TAF Solutions reviews and assigns the task internally

  2. You can view the task’s status (To Do, In Progress, Completed)

  3. You’ll receive updates and can reply directly in Webvizio

  4. Once resolved, the team will mark it Completed — and you're good to go!
