An organization account is a special type of Business Profile designed for third parties that manage business locations on behalf of business owners. Organization accounts can only manage a location after the location owner grants permission to the organization.

Users within an organization account are responsible for managing locations but must not directly own or manage any locations or location groups before being added to the organization.

Adding TAF Solutions to Your Google Business Profile

Follow these steps to grant TAF Solutions access to manage your Google Business Profile:

Step 1: Sign in to Google Business Profile Manager

Go to Google Business Profile Manager (https://business.google.com/).
Log in with the Google account that owns your Business Profile.

Step 2: Select Your Organization

From the drop-down menu, select the organization associated with your Business Profile.

Step 3: Open User Management

Click on "Users" in the menu.
